Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and propose benefits policies to stay current and compliant.
• Review and modify compensation policies and wage rates.
• Manage communication of benefits, compensation, and policies to employees.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate work activities related to employment, compensation, labour relations.
• Benchmark benefits to improve employee quality of life.
• Develop tools to help employees select benefits and guide managers.
• Conduct salary surveys, grading structures and benchmarking.
• Oversee job descriptions, analyses and performance appraisals coordination.
• Assist recruitment with grading levels and offers alignment.
• Advise on rewards for performance and annual salary administration.
• Prepare bonus proposals and review criteria.
• Consolidate manpower plans and budget proposals for rewards.
• Oversee monthly payroll preparation.
• Review offers, payroll, tenancy contracts and HR administration for International Head Office.
