Job summary

Yello in Dubai is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead the design and governance of the organisation's job architecture and grading framework. You will benchmark markets, develop salary structures, and model costs for offers and promotions across territories.

The role requires strong Excel skills, significant experience with market data, and a track record in driving equity and governance in compensation programs. A background in workforce planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline required.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR functions.
• Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structures.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including compensation modelling.
• Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support rewards decisions.
• Exposure to organisational design or workforce planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue.
• Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across multiple territories.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions.
• Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews.
• Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies, and governance compliance.
• Maintain compensation records, grading decisions, and supporting reward documentation.
