Job summary

Greenfix Property Care is seeking an Arabic-speaking Analyst Compensation & Benefits to manage payroll administration for the Abu Dhabi-based Group, ensuring timely monthly pay and regulatory compliance.

The role covers pension scheme oversight, medical insurance claims processing, salary processes, budget support, and end-of-employment activities while coordinating with Finance and HR to maintain accurate benefits data in the HRMS. Mid Senior level and full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist payroll administration support for the Group and ensure timely monthly pay for all ADX employees.
• Monitor regional pension scheme activities including registration, contributions, cancellations, and updating employee information.
• Advise on updating organization structures and job descriptions in line with changing operations.
• Monitor medical insurance claims processing and maintain benefits records.
• Support annual salary processes and reward management communications across the Group.
• Assist with HC budget and resource allocation for workforce planning.
• Support end-of-employment processes and final settlements with Finance.
• Oversee yearly bonus and promotion procedures for accuracy and fairness.
• Ensure timely payments with Finance and adherence to terms.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRMS and reflect changes in systems.
• Liaise with employees and benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Analyze compensation policy changes through market benchmarking.
• Support management of employee allowances and benefits and their timely disbursement.
• Monitor internal transfers to ensure compliant transitions.
• Assist Talent Development & Rewards in presenting ADX reward/benefit strategy.
• Recommend enhancements to the total benefits framework.
• Maintain accurate benefits details in HRMS for system accuracy.
• Manage employee allowances to ensure timely data updates.
• Benchmark compensation and benefits against competitors.
• Support development and monitoring of a Performance Management System aligned with rewards.
• Integrate performance planning with compensation cycles.
• Develop monitoring mechanisms for scorecard objectives.
• Track KPIs and align goals within the Performance Scorecard.
• Deliver awareness sessions for performance management integration.
• Assist with system specifications for performance management.
• Ensure policy-compliant implementation of performance management.
• Educate employees on rewards programs to boost engagement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for payroll-related operations.
• Communicate payroll status and regulatory guidelines to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
• Research internal processes and market practices to refine reward policies.
