Responsibilities

• Analyze salary structures, job grades, pay ranges, and market benchmarks.
• Support development and maintenance of compensation programs and salary frameworks.
• Conduct benchmarking and market pricing for various roles.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses for HR/management.
• Assist with annual salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate with payroll and HRIS for accurate inputs.
