Role Description The Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator will support Jobsin.kuwait by reviewing and organizing compensation and benefits information for posted roles, ensuring clarity and consistency in job listings. This part-time remote role involves analyzing salary structures, benefits packages, and job requirements to present accurate and understandable information to job seekers and employers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job analysis for posted vacancies, comparing compensation data across roles and industries, and preparing summaries or guidelines to help users better understand offered packages. The role may also involve collaborating with the platform team to refine compensation-related content standards and maintain internal documentation on best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management to support accurate review and presentation of pay practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation to assess roles and align them with appropriate compensation structures.
• Candidates should possess skills in designing and interpreting Compensation Structures to compare and communicate salary ranges and benefits.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage multiple tasks or deadlines.
• Previous experience in HR, compensation analysis, or benefits coordination is preferred.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
