Role Context The HVAC Technician will inspect, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and refrigeration systems throughout Atlantis The Royal. Working within the resort 's facilities maintenance operation, the technician will support reliable climate control and refrigeration through planned maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, equipment repairs, component replacement, and technical response to operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, cooling, and refrigeration equipment across the property.
• Support ETS room and district cooling operations.

• Maintain Air Handling Units.
• Service Fresh Air Handling Units.
• Maintain Fan Coil Units and ventilation fans.
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks on assigned equipment.
• Rebuild valves and replace worn or defective components.
• Perform brazing and fabrication work required for HVAC maintenance.
• Complete major repairs within the scope of assigned technical responsibilities.
• Operate and monitor BMS functions associated with HVAC systems.
• Repair and maintain hotel electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems.
• Provide technical attention to freezers, refrigerators, ice makers, fan coil units, chillers, and associated equipment.
• Operate and maintain basic electrical systems and controls associated with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete assigned facilities maintenance tasks without direct supervision.
• Carry out Condition Based Maintenance as assigned.
• Follow preventive maintenance requirements established by equipment manufacturers, property guidelines, and technical manuals.
• Report to the Supervisor and Manager and complete assigned maintenance activities.
• Escalate significant equipment faults and technical issues to senior personnel.
