Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for its Engineering Operations team. You will supervise facilities technicians, oversee daily maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS systems, and ensure safe, reliable operations on a five‑star resort.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with preventive maintenance planning, fault rectification, and close collaboration with Operations, BMS, and Engineering colleagues to uphold performance and guest service

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of Building Management System coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good reporting and communication skills.

Role Context

• Plan and oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance activities.
