Job summary

Client of Careers International is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive project sales in the HVAC MEP contracting sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will leverage GCC market knowledge to secure project business and will coordinate with engineers and service teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation and warranties.

The role requires 7–8 years of GCC HVAC/MEP project sales experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-8 years of GCC HVAC/MEP project sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of project sales, consultants, and contractor networks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Generate project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC MEP solutions.
• Identify new project opportunities through contractors, consultants and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of manuals, warranty letters and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
