Job summary

HRInvest in Abu Dhabi is seeking a driven B2B HVAC/MEP sales professional to drive new business, build relationships with contractors and consultants, and close opportunities. You will understand project needs and present suitable technical solutions, delivering presentations and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

The role requires 5–8 years of direct HVAC/MEP sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
5–8 years direct sales experience in HVAC/MEP sector.
Established relationships with UAE MEP contractors and consultants.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong technical understanding, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Proactive, commercially driven, able to work independently.
Valid driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within the HVAC and MEP market.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
Generate enquiries, plan client visits, and manage opportunities through to closure.
Deliver clear technical presentations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
