Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an experienced MEP Sales Manager with 10 years of proven track record selling HVAC, pumps, switchgear and related building services equipment. You will drive end-to-end turnkey project sales, engage consultants and contractors, and win high-value packages.

The role demands strong technical understanding, competitive closing, and the ability to read MEP drawings and tender documents.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project sales within the UAE market.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, pumps, switchgear, electrical panels, and mechanical equipment used in building services.
Proven ability to generate leads, penetrate accounts, and close large turnkey project deals.
Solid network with consultants, MEP contractors, EPCs, and developers in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Drive aggressive sales growth for MEP equipment within turnkey project scopes HVAC pumps switchgear controls and related systems.
Lead end to end sales cycles prospecting technical qualification solution design proposal submission negotiation and closing.
Generate high quality leads through market mapping consultant engagement contractor relationships and site intelligence.
Engage with main contractors end-users and developers to position solutions during tender and procurement stages.
