Qualifications include 10+ years HR, 5+ years UAE real estate experience, and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law. The candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning while advising leadership on HR initiatives.

BAMX Developments is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function at our Dubai headquarters.

Backed by over 30 years of international development experience, BAMX has successfully delivered large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments across multiple international markets. Today, we continue our expansion in the UAE with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and operational integrity.

We are looking for an HR leader with extensive experience in the UAE real estate development sector, who is capable of supporting a dynamic, multicultural organization while driving strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall Human Resources experience
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a UAE real estate development company
• Demonstrated experience managing and supporting a multinational and multicultural workforce
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Proven experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD or equivalent HR certification is an advantage)
