Job summary

BAMX Developments is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function at our Dubai headquarters. The role focuses on developing HR strategies, policies, and operational excellence in a multicultural UAE real estate development environment.

Qualifications include 10+ years HR, 5+ years UAE real estate experience, and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law. The candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning while advising leadership on HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience
• Minimum 5 years in UAE real estate development sector
• Experience managing multinational workforce
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Experience developing HR policies, procedures and initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field; CIPD advantage
