Job summary

Peergrowth in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's HR function, owning the full employee lifecycle and strengthening HR processes. You will partner with senior leadership, drive policy development, compliance with UAE employment regulations, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years HR experience with strong experience at HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead level.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and best practices.
• Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean or entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior management, and multi-national exposure is advantageous.

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective execution of HR policies and processes.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage and improve HR systems, processes and reporting.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll and employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with senior management on people-related matters and organisational requirements.
• Lead and develop a small HR team of three direct reports.
• Promote a professional, accountable and high-performance workplace culture.

Job description

We are supporting a growing organisation in Dubai in the appointment of an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's HR function.

This is a hands-on role suited to an HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle, strengthening HR processes and systems, and working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective execution of HR policies and processes.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR matters.

• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 8-15+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience at HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead level.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and best practices.
• Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Proven experience managing multiple areas of HR rather than specialising in a single HR discipline.
• Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
• International / multinational experience is advantageous.
• French or Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
