Job summary

Peergrowth in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and own the full employee lifecycle. This hands-on role works closely with senior leadership to strengthen HR processes, policies and systems across the growing business.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, guide employee relations and development, oversee recruitment and performance management, ensure UAE compliance, and lead a small team of three.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership at HR Manager/HRBP level.
• Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in French or Arabic is a must.

We are supporting a growing organisation in Dubai in the appointment of an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's HR function.

This is a hands-on role suited to an HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle, strengthening HR processes and systems, and working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective execution of HR policies and processes.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR matters.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience at HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead level.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and best practices.
• Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Proven experience managing multiple areas of HR rather than specialising in a single HR discipline.
• Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
• International / multinational experience is advantageous.
• French or Arabic language skills is a must.
