Job summary

Luxury Facilities is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role emphasizes recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliant HR processes.

You will work on-site with management to build a productive workplace, maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance. You’ll also support performance reviews, development, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
• Hands-on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management experience.
• Strong Arabic communication; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent organization and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience supporting sales or customer service teams is an advantage.
• On-site availability in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding across departments.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and fairly.
• Maintain accurate employee records, employment documentation, and HR policies.
• Oversee attendance and leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
• Support managers with performance reviews, employee development, and retention.
• Keep HR policies and procedures aligned with applicable UAE employment requirements.
• Manage offboarding and exit interviews, identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong Arabic communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent organization, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A practical approach to solving problems and supporting both employees and management.
• Experience supporting sales or customer service teams is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
