In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, training and development of staff in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a positive workplace environment.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources Management or related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to multi-task effectively. The successful candidate should also have strong knowledge of current employment law, HR best practices and familiarity with local labor laws in Abu-Dhabi.
