Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and oversee recruitment, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

Key requirements include 5 years in HR, at least 2 years in a managerial role, strong knowledge of UAE labour law, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new staff members.


• Managing employee relations by mediating disputes and helping develop solutions for any issues that arise.


• Creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives such as training programs and team building activities.


• Ensuring that HR policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to the UAE labor law are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a HR role.


• At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial position.


• Knowledgeable in human resources policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to the UAE labor law.


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
