We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1000 and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

The job duties include but are not limited to:

• providing guidance on personnel policies and procedures
• recruiting new staff
• ensuring compliance with legal requirements in all areas of human resources
• developing compensation plans
• conducting performance appraisals
• overseeing employee benefits programs and maintaining employee records

This role requires that you be an effective communicator with excellent organizational skills and a natural ability to solve problems.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an understanding of current labor laws, knowledge of HR software systems, as well as excellent organizational abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, although we are willing to consider applicants who do not have any prior experience in the Human Resources field.
