Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead the HR function across multiple business entities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will develop and implement HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, a strong knowledge of UAE labor law, and at least 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior role. Join us to foster a high-performance culture and drive organizational excellence.

Job Title – Group HR Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group HR Manager to lead the human resources function across multiple business entities. The role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws while fostering a high-performance and people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead HR initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR policies, organizational design, and people management strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and best practices across the group.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection across multiple business units.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding and integration of new employees.
Performance Management & Organizational Development
  • Lead the performance management framework, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
  • Identify high-potential employees and implement succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives where required.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
  • Foster positive employee relations and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee HR operations including employee records, contracts, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Oversee payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
  • Support incentive, reward, and recognition programs.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with government authorities on labor-related matters when required.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor HR metrics including recruitment, turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and retention.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for executive management.
  • Use HR data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR are an advantage.
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
