Human Resources Department seeks an incumbent for the position Human Resources Business Partner. He/she will be responsible for implementing the Business Partner related activities, including the strategic alignment of HR initiatives, workforce planning, and employee relations support, to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure full compliance with institutional policies, labor law, and the University’s Strategic objectives.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the within Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education, skill or experience.
