Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery to oversee a team of ADEs, onboarding local retail partners and driving activation within Amazon's Hub Delivery program.

You will coach, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Operations and Last Mile to resolve issues while upholding delivery standards. A background in data analysis, planning, and process improvement is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability
