This role ensures compliance with UAE regulations while promoting a safety culture across the organization. Key qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's in relevant fields, NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification, and 2–5 years of experience in the construction or industrial sector. Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification is mandatory or highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in relevant sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor compliance with HSE procedures and safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with emergency procedures.
• Maintain HSE documentation and statistics.
