Job summary

OppFi seeks an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst to design, configure, and optimize HRMS modules including Time and Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits in a dynamic UAE environment.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, system security, process automation, and timely reporting. You will manage integrations, upgrades, SOX/ITGC considerations, and deliver standard and ad hoc dashboards to drive people decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with complex HRMS configuration (UKG Pro preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience in system and process automation optimization.
• Experience managing file feeds, pay codes, and time and attendance configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HRMS modules including Time and Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Ensure optimal system performance, data accuracy, and security.
• Configure platform workflows and business rules to automate people processes.
• Manage integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
• Ensure SOX and ITGC audit compliance.
• Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve HRIS tickets.
• Document system configurations and maintain SOPs.
