Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in HR operations or employee services.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience managing HR operations in a corporate environment with HRIS usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, data management, and compliance with UAE labor law.
• Manage employee services such as benefits, leaves, and HR requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and manage HR contracts and settlements.
• Collaborate with payroll, recruitment, and talent management teams to deliver HR services.
