Job summary

Astek seeks a Functional HRMS Consultant with strong expertise in HRMS implementations, configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support. You will work with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end HRMS solutions, including HR reporting and SSRS dashboards.

The role requires 7–9 years of experience, hands-on SSRS experience, and broad HR domain knowledge (Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Recruitment, ESS/MSS).

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant experience as a Functional HRMS Consultant.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise HRMS solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge across HRMS areas, including Core HR, Employee Management, Leave Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Self-Service (ESS/MSS).
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and HR reporting.
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with UAE Government/public sector HRMS projects is preferred.

• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and HR reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Experience in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on UAE Government / public sector HRMS projects.
• HRMS certifications (added advantage).
• Exposure to ERP/HRMS platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise solutions (desirable).
