Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an HR Executive - Systems to execute HR Generalist activities for the GCC, ensure smooth DMS operations for HR worker records, and support UAE GHMI and Workmen Settlement Claims with timely closure.

You will coordinate HRSS procedure audits, maintain ISO-aligned trackers, and ensure policy-compliant transactions while managing payroll inputs in SAP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Expertise in SAP, Tableau, Visier, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and in-house HRIS systems.
• Understanding of labor laws related to labor accommodation.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills with formulas and data modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR Generalist activities for GCC.
• Oversee DMS operations for HR worker records.
• Assist UAE GHMI and Workmen Settlement Claims with timely closure.
• Coordinate HRSS procedure audits and ISO-aligned trackers.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure transactions comply with policy.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs; maintain master trackers.
• Maintain data hygiene in SAP and in-house HR systems.
• Deliver end-user training via train-the-trainer approach.
