Job summary

Talabat is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to ensure accurate operation of our HR technology stack in Dubai. You will maintain employee records, assist with testing and upgrades, and support onboarding/offboarding workflows while producing reports and dashboards.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, privacy, and process automation within a fast-paced environment. A UAE Family Book is required to perform duties and support cross-functional HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• UAE Family Book is mandatory.
• 1–3 years in HR operations, HRIS, data reporting, or similar roles.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information across HR systems.
• Support HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar).
• Verify records for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Assist with HR system upgrades, testing, and configuration reviews.
• Execute test cases and document issues before releases.
• Generate headcount, turnover, onboarding, and offboarding reports.
• Assist in HR dashboards and management analytics.
