The incumbent as the Assistant Manager - HR Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR operations and employee services functions. This role ensures that all HR operational activities including onboarding employee records management benefits administration and HR compliance are executed smoothly and in alignment with the companys policies and UAE labor law.

The incumbent must demonstrate expertise in HR operations management and HR systems including:
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
Certification in HR management or HRIS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is an added advantage.
7 years of experience in HR operations or employee services with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in managing HR operations within a corporate environment particularly using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
