Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative operations including employee records and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and attendance management.
• Handle visa, work permit, and labor law compliance for employees in the UAE.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
• Implement and monitor HR workflows and standard operating procedures.
