Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR assistant or similar role.
• Experience in UAE labor law is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Aid with daily operations of HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
• Compile and update employee documents (hard and soft copies).
• Prepare reports on employee activities (staffing, training, grievances, evaluations).
• Coordinate HR tasks and take minutes of meetings.
• Handle employee requests related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves).
• Manage grievances and complaint procedures effectively.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Assist recruiters to source candidates and update the talent database.
