Job summary

Givaudan in Dubai is seeking an HR Specialist to join the Middle East HR team. Based in Dubai Media City, you will ensure payroll, PRO activities, and key employee life cycle processes across the region are executed smoothly.

You will collaborate with Shared Services, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and support outsourced partners while maintaining HR records in SAP SuccessFactors. The role offers exposure to multiple countries in the Middle East and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Personnel/Labour relations or Law.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in international/multicultural environments.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: coordinate local HR ops with Shared Services Centre, onboarding/offboarding, manage outsourced employees, maintain HR records in SAP SuccessFactors, prepare HR reports.
• Payroll & Benefits: coordinate monthly payroll with partners; administer benefits; handle payroll inquiries.
• PRO & Compliance: manage PRO activities with external vendors; ensure UAE labour law compliance; support annual HR processes.
