Job summary

The Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Healthcare to lead all HR activities within our facility. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance to support a compliant, productive workplace.

You will partner with leadership to shape the organization’s culture, ensure labor law adherence, manage HRIS and payroll processes, and promote employee engagement across teams in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and HR-related software.
