Job summary

International Decor Co. LLC is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement HR policies and oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

The role ensures compliance with labor laws, manages payroll data accuracy and supports training programs to drive workforce capability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years of corporate HR experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are highly desirable.
  • Experience in diverse industries, particularly in fast-paced environments, is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills in HR management software and MS Office are critical.
  • Local nationals preferred to ensure familiarity with regional labor laws.

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in performance management processes including setting objectives, evaluations and feedback.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy in timesheets and employee data.
  • Implement and monitor workplace safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Contribute to company culture by planning employee engagement activities and promoting diversity initiatives.
