Job summary

ITW Welding in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and onboarding within a multinational manufacturing environment.

You will handle employee records, registration, relations, performance cycles and training, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and JAFZA regulations. Proficiency in Workday and MS Office is preferred, with fluent English and a UAE driving license advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and JAFZA employment regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee registration, onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Experience with HRIS/HR systems; Workday would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic-speaking skills would be an advantage.
  • Preferably with a valid UAE driving license

  • Provide support on employee relations HR policies and procedures

  • Support payroll benefits and other HR administration in coordination with relevant teams
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable UAE regulations
