Job Summary
Karma Dubai Restaurant and Zenon Robotics are seeking a proactive and hands‑on HR Generalist to manage end‑to‑end human resources operations across both organizations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE procedures, and experience working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments such as hospitality and technology‑driven companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles
- Prepare, register, and manage employment contracts via MOHRE
- Handle UAE work visa processes, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and overtime
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and end‑of‑service settlements
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR needs across both F&B and Robotics/Tech teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE
- Hands‑on experience with MOHRE and UAE work visa processes (mandatory)
- HR experience in Restaurant / Café / F&B is highly preferred
- Experience supporting multi‑business or multi‑industry teams is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Persian is a plus)
- Comfortable working independently with teams under 30 employees
