Job summary

DUNE Strategy is hiring an HR Executive in Dubai to manage UAE staff contracts, visas, insurance and payroll records. The role is full-time and remote within the UAE, reporting in writing to Las Vegas leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing offer letters, coordinating visas, running payroll inputs, maintaining records, onboarding new staff and addressing staff queries on leave, insurance and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• At least a year in HR administration or HR operations in the UAE.
• Experience with an HR system, e.g. Zoho People, Bayzat or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Coordinate residence visas, Emirates ID and medical insurance with the PRO and the insurer.
• Run monthly payroll inputs through WPS with our accounting firm.
• Keep employee files, leave records and contract dates current.

• Answer staff questions on leave, insurance and policies.

Dune's team in the UAE is growing as more Gulf clients prepare to sell in the United States, and every new hire needs a contract, a visa, insurance and a payroll record. We are hiring an HR Executive in Dubai to run that work for our UAE staff. Our leadership sits in Las Vegas, about half a day behind Dubai, so you will handle the day to day here and report to them in writing. The job is full-time and remote from anywhere in the UAE.

Dune Strategy is a management consultancy based in Las Vegas. A good share of our clients are Gulf companies getting ready for their first sales in the U.S., which is why part of the team sits in the UAE.

Your part in it
