Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC seeks an experienced HR Office Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations for a multi-site UAE group. You will lead the HR office team and ensure accurate employee records, payroll inputs, and compliant processes across locations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage a four-strong HR team, administer the HRMS/HRIS, prepare monthly reports, coordinate visas and MOHRE requirements, and support staff welfare in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of HR experience with 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • 3+ years UAE or GCC experience with UAE Labour Law MOHRE procedures.
  • Experience in multi-site business with large frontline workforce (hospitality, F&B, catering, retail, facilities management or logistics).
  • Experience administering HRMS/HRIS; Intermediate Excel; strong written English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: offers, onboarding, documentation, transfers and offboarding.
  • Maintain audit-ready employee files and HR records across locations.
  • Manage leave, attendance and end-of-service calculations; provide payroll inputs to Finance.
  • Coordinate visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID and labour card processing with PRO.
  • Support compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and Emiratisation requirements.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary processes with clear records.
  • Lead and allocate work for a four-person HR team.
  • Administer HRMS/HRIS: configuration, data migration, training and maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment and open positions reports.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and site managers.
  • Support staff accommodation, transport and welfare arrangements.

The role

We’re seeking an experienced HR Office Manager to oversee the group’s day-to-day HR operations. You’ll lead the HR office team and ensure employee processes, records and reporting are handled accurately and consistently across all locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including offers, onboarding, documentation, transfers and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee files and HR records.
  • Manage leave, attendance and end-of-service calculations, and provide timely payroll inputs to Finance.
  • Coordinate with the company PRO on visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID and labour card processing.
  • Support compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, WPS and Emiratisation obligations.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary processes, maintaining clear written records and escalating when needed.
  • Manage, develop and allocate work across a team of four HR staff.
  • Administer the HRMS/HRIS, including configuration, data migration, staff training and ongoing maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment and open positions.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements and recruitment administration with department heads and site managers.
  • Support staff accommodation, transport and welfare arrangements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the UAE or wider GCC, with working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
  • Experience in a multi-site business with a large frontline workforce, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, catering, retail, facilities management or logistics.
  • Practical experience administering or implementing an HRMS/HRIS.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence preparing reports independently.
  • Strong written English, attention to detail, discretion and sound employee-relations judgment.
  • CIPD, SHRM or equivalent qualification is an advantage. Arabic is also an advantage.
