Job summary

Hyrd Consulting is seeking an organised HR Executive to manage daily HR operations across the UAE, UK and US. With around three years of experience, you will oversee onboarding, benefits, compliance and employee relations while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Working closely with operations and leadership, you will maintain employee records and HR systems, support visa processes for UAE, and coordinate engagement initiatives for a multinational workforce in a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
• Hands-on UAE HR administration, immigration, and employee benefits.
• Experience supporting a multinational workforce.
• Experience managing UK-based employees is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, inductions, probation reviews, and offboarding.
• Coordinate UAE visa applications, renewals, and cancellations and relevant providers.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, benefits, health insurance, and leave records.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and manager queries.
• Ensure HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance records are up to date.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal HR communications.
• Manage exit processes, final payroll inputs, visa cancellations, and equipment returns.
