Responsibilities
- Build and optimize a global HR system (recruiting, compensation and performance, employee development, corporate culture, and employee relations), and oversee the entire administrative management process.
- Performance and Incentive System Design: Led the design of innovative performance management systems (OKRs / KPIs) and established incentive mechanisms with strong business ties. Key focus: design, implementation, and long-term management of the Equity Incentive Plan (ESOP).
- Strategic Recruitment of High-End Talent: Led recruitment of high-level overseas talent (technology, finance, and product), established cross-border recruitment channels, and ensured efficient recruitment for key positions; prioritized recruiting in fintech, payments, and Web3 / blockchain.
- Organizational Development and Culture Implementation: Diagnose organizational effectiveness, drive management leadership, and establish an agile culture suitable for a technology company.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor policies in China and key overseas countries (e.g., Singapore, the US, and Europe).
Requirements
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Overall Experience: 10+ years in HR, with 3+ years as an HR leader, with the ability to coordinate HR and administrative management.
- Core Expertise: Performance management and equity incentive design (with practical ESOP implementation examples).
- Successful experience leading high-end international talent acquisition (technology / finance).
- Industry Background: Experience in fintech, payments, Web3 / blockchain, or internet technology is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as human resources, management, or psychology.
