TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking an experienced HR Director with a strong FX/CFD background to lead and develop HR across international offices. You will align HR strategies with business goals and ensure compliant, scalable people practices across markets.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations while partnering with senior leaders. A full relocation package to Dubai is provided for this senior role in a fast-paced multinational FX

Formación

• Proven experience as an HR Director/Head of HR or senior HR leadership professional.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Mandatory FX/CFD forex brokerage experience.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and international teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and organizational development.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Hebrew language skills are an advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Director with a strong background in the FX/CFD industry. The HR Director will be responsible for leading and developing the HR function across multiple countries supporting international teams and ensuring effective HR strategies policies and processes across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR function across multiple countries and international offices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management development and offboarding.
• Work closely with senior management and department heads on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Develop and maintain HR policies procedures and employee processes across different jurisdictions.
• Oversee international recruitment and ensure the company attracts and retains high-quality talent.
• Support employee relations and handle complex HR matters across different countries.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with local employment regulations and company policies.
• Develop compensation benefits performance and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead and develop HR teams and establish efficient HR structures and processes.
• Provide HR reporting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Director Head of HR or senior HR leadership professional.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Mandatory experience within the FX CFD forex brokerage.
• Strong experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and international teams.
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices employee relations recruitment performance management and organizational development.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
