Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support MIS reporting, workforce planning, and information management. The role involves forecasting headcount, validating statistics across divisions, and collaborating with Strategy and Financial Control to optimize workforce costs.

You will prepare HR MIS summaries for the group and central bank, drive improvements in HR information systems, and coordinate with ITD to enhance data quality and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a data analyst.
• Hands-on experience in MIS analysis.
• Familiarity with Human Resources software.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets like Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB.
• Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify head count statistics monthly.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Financial Control on MIS and workforce planning to recommend workforce costs.
• Collect head count requests and provide input for manpower budgeting.
• Promote Emiratization within workforce planning and report on variance to targets.
• Prepare HR MIS executive summaries for ADIB Groups and the Central Bank.
• Support HR systems information and HR projects.
