Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage staff changes in the e-HR system, issue certificates and badges on time, and coordinate pension registrations and terminations for UAE/GCC staff. The role also covers leave management, attendance monitoring, and audit support, with a focus on policy compliance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience handling staff changes in HR systems (e-HR).
• Knowledge of pension registration processes for UAE/GCC employees.
• Familiarity with attendance and leave management tools.

Responsibilities

• Update staff changes (transfers, title changes, entitlements) in e-HR with supporting documents.
• Issue staff certificates and badges in a timely manner per HR policy.
• Register UAE Local & GCC staff with pension authorities and maintain contributions.
• Maintain and monitor leave management, generate MIS reports, and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor staff attendance in TAMS and escalate issues with line managers as needed.
• Assist in audit investigations and complete internal RCSA activities.
• Prepare and issue warnings/notes with proper approvals and tracking.
• Coordinate with HR Operations Head on other tasks and deadlines.
