Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support MIS reporting and workforce planning. You will manage headcount planning models, verify staff data across divisions, and collaborate with Strategy and Financial Control to provide input for the manpower budget.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, expertise with Excel and MIS, and the ability to communicate effectively across the organization to deliver accurate HR insights to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB.
• Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify Head count statistics on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Financial Control on MIS and workforce planning to advise on workforce costs.
• Collect head count requests and provide input for manpower budget.
• Promote Emiratization initiatives within workforce planning.
• Report on variance of actual head count against Emiratization targets for each division.
• Prepare HR MIS executive summary reporting for ADIB Groups and Central Bank.
• Involved in HR Systems Information and HR Projects.
• Coordinate with ITD to improve information systems performance and service quality.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Role: HR Data Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role purpose:

Provide support in managing MIS reporting to improve HR process workflow, information management.

Support overall workforce planning strategy.

Key accountabilities of the role:

MIS & Workforce Planning / HRMS / Finance:

• Manage head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB
• Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify Head count statistics for all their staff details on monthly basis
• Work in partnership with Strategy & Financial Control department on area of MIS and workforce strategic planning efforts to make recommendations of workforce cost to ADIB management
• Collect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for Strategy department for the preparation of the manpower budget
• Promote equality and propose ideas to management to embrace the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning process
• Report on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count target for each division to management
• Prepare HR related MIS executive summary reporting for ADIB Groups and Central Bank
• Involved in HR Systems Information and HR Projects
• Maintain a comprehensive awareness of current HR issues and co-ordinate with ITD to continuously improve and optimize information systems performance, operational efficiency, and deliver quality service
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Specialist skills / technical knowledge, technical competencies required for this role:
