Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Governance & MIS Specialist to support governance, risk management, and MIS reporting within the HR function. The role requires UAE nationals and involves collaboration across HR and compliance teams to implement controls and governance actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or psychology.
• 1 year in HR involving MIS or risk management.
• Experience with governance frameworks and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing governance, risk management and MIS reporting across HR.
• Support disciplinary actions and ensure closure in the HR system.
• Track CAPs and audit observations, ensuring timely closure with HR stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate Central Bank / MIS reports and balance scorecard updates.
