Role: HR Governance & MIS Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi
This position is for UAE Nationals only.
Role purpose:
- To support the HR Governance Manager in implementing and maintaining robust governance compliance and operational risk frameworks across the HR function.
- The HR Governance Specialist ensures timely execution of control activities supports disciplinary processes and facilitates closure of governance-related actions in alignment with ADIB policies and regulatory standards and the ability to support the MIS and data analytics team.
Key accountabilities of the role:
Governance & Risk Management:
- Assist in conducting HR risk assessments and control testing (RCSA).
- Monitor and close Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) on the GRC system.
- Support the execution and documentation of BRCC meetings.
- Ensure compliance Central Bank and fraud-related risks are captured and mitigated within HR RCSA.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for governance actions and provide updates to the HR Governance Manager.
Disciplinary & Fraud Governance:
- Support the HR Governance Manager in executing disciplinary actions and ensuring closure on the E-HR system.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling disciplinary cases.
- Assist in updating the HR Disciplinary Framework and creating awareness across HR sections.
Action Management & Operational Support:
- Track and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and audit observations.
- Ensure all actions tagged to HR are communicated and closed within agreed timelines.
- Support HR Governance Manager in resolving governance-related issues.
MIS reporting & Balance scorecard Management:
- Support the MIS team in preparing the Central Bank reports
- Support in managing the HR group Balance scorecard and follow-up with all departments to ensure compliance with the agreed targets.
- Coordinate with different HR departments to collect the updated KRIs and update it in the system.
- Involved in HR Systems Information and HR Projects
Policy & Procedure Oversight:
- Support in the development review and amendment of HR policies and procedures ensuring they are updated in line with regulations and approvals.

Required education:
- Bachelors Degree: In Human Resource Management Business Administration Organizational Psychology or a related field.
Previous experience required (if any):
- 1 years in HR related role and experience in MIS or Operational Risk Management
