Job summary

ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking Head of HR Strategy & Planning in Abu Dhabi. You will shape and execute the enterprise people strategy, align it with business priorities, growth ambitions, and future workforce needs, and advise the GCHRO on talent, workforce planning, and performance priorities.

Lead Talent Acquisition, Emiratization, Learning, and HR governance, driving analytics, leadership development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to align people plans with business priorities.
• Experience with HR data governance and analytics.
• Knowledge of UAE employment regulations and Emiratization.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary transformation programs.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment governance and compliance.
• Strengthen employer brand and sourcing partnerships.
• Leverage recruitment analytics to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
• Promote fair, merit-based hiring with Emiratization.
• Define and lead enterprise learning strategy and development.
• Govern learning operations and budgets.
• Drive performance management and succession planning.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and budgets to monitor performance.
• Partner with senior leaders and regulators on workforce decisions.
