Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a strategic Head of HR Operations to lead the HR Operations function across the group from its Abu Dhabi base. This role drives planning, policy implementation, and cross-geography service delivery to ensure a consistent employee experience.

The incumbent will oversee pension, medical and life insurance programs, regulatory inquiries, HR policies, and HR process automation while maintaining cost discipline and alignment with budget.
