As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing day-to-day tasks and assisting in departmental projects. Your role will involve maintaining employee records, assisting with HR procedures, and ensuring that the day-to-day HR operations function smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures swiftly and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations when managing employee records and queries.
  • Prepare and process standard HR documents and reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR processes and guidelines.
  • Support performance management activities and help maintain performance review schedules.
  • Look for ways to improve HR processes, suggesting enhancements where possible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or other administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
