Job summary

A leading property management firm in Dubai is seeking an HR & Accounting Officer to manage daily HR operations while supporting core accounting and payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with exposure to accounting. This includes knowledge of UAE Labour Law and strong Excel skills. The role offers a competitive salary range of AED 12,000-15,000 per month, inclusive of allowances.

Job description

We are looking for an HR & Accounting Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting core accounting and payroll processes. This role is execution-focused and works closely with Management and Finance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth internal operations.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across HR and basic accounting functions in a structured, approval-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track attendance, leave, probation, and contract renewals
  • Support payroll preparation and WPS coordination
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee queries
  • Coordinate with PROs and external service providers
Accounting & Payroll Support
  • Assist with payroll inputs, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Support Accounts Payable by coordinating invoices and records
  • Support Accounts Receivable by maintaining SOA and follow-ups
  • Maintain organised financial and HR filing systems
  • Assist with audit and compliance documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR with accounting or payroll exposure
  • Arabic speaker (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Experience with payroll and WPS coordination
  • Experience in payroll inputs, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Experience in Financial Reporting
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills

Salary Range: AED 12,000-15,000 per month inclusive of allowances
