JOB PURPOSE

The HR Analysis Intern is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting human resources data and activity. They identify emerging trends and contribute to creating HR insights to diagnose people-related challenges impacting the business and improve employee engagement and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support in delivering comprehensive statistical studies to identify and assess trends and patterns in human resources metrics, engagement and satisfaction surveys, attrition rates, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Extract simple/automatic data in various forms (graphs, charts, etc.) to include in reports.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided, and enter the data into HR information systems, following defined procedures.
  • Create, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.
  • Work within standard compliance systems and report noncompliance issues.
  • Support and monitor the implementation of HR activities and partake in new initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Fluency in English.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR related software.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Human Resources, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
  • Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
